Free vs Premium
InvenDo is free to use for as long as you like, with no limit on how much you keep track of. Premium adds the extras — photos, more lists, sharing, the web version — and one subscription covers the people you share with.
What’s free
Section titled “What’s free”- Unlimited items, with quantities, units, prices, expiry dates and minimum quantities
- One list, with its own catalog, categories (two levels deep), storage places, stores and units
- Daily reminders for expired, expiring and low-stock items
- Opened-item tracking with consume-by dates
- Barcode scanning and product lookup
- Excel export
- Using any list someone shares with you — with their Premium features inside it (see below)
- Features and Fields, View Options and every setting
What Premium adds
Section titled “What Premium adds”| With Premium | What it means |
|---|---|
| Photos | Add a photo to any item or storage place, from the camera or gallery. Product lookup imports photos too. |
| Storage icons | Choose an icon for each storage place — see Storage places. |
| More lists | Create additional lists — see Multiple lists. |
| Sharing | Give family members access to your lists — see Share with family. |
| Deep subcategories | Nest categories three to five levels deep — see Categories. |
| Add All to Shopping List | Top up everything that’s running low in one tap — see Minimum quantity and low stock. |
| Excel import | Bring lists in from a spreadsheet — see Excel export and import. |
| The web version | Use InvenDo in a browser at web.invendo.app — see InvenDo on the web. |
One Premium for the household
Section titled “One Premium for the household”Premium belongs to your account, and it covers everyone you share with: inside a list you own, the people you’ve given access to get the Premium features — photos, icons, deep subcategories, Add All to Shopping List, Excel import — without a subscription of their own. Two things stay with the account that pays: creating new lists and inviting more people.
It doesn’t work the other way round: being on someone’s shared list doesn’t upgrade your own lists.
| Plan | |

| Yearly | Renews every year. 7-day free trial. |

Buying, managing and cancelling
Section titled “Buying, managing and cancelling”
- Buying: open the menu ☰ → Subscriptions on your phone or tablet. InvenDo may also offer Premium once, right after you first sign in. Purchases aren’t possible in the web version.
- Checking your plan: with Premium, ☰ → Subscriptions shows You have Premium access, your plan, and when it renews or expires.
- Changing plan: tap Change plan on that screen.
- Cancelling: ☰ → Subscriptions → ⋮ → Manage opens your subscription in Google Play or the App Store. Cancelling stops the renewal; Premium stays until the paid period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- New phone, or reinstalled? Sign in with the same account. If Premium doesn’t show up, ☰ → Subscriptions → ⋮ → Restore purchases, or tap Restore Purchases on the offer screen.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Premium is tied to your InvenDo account, not the device — sign in anywhere and it’s there.
- When a subscription ends nothing is deleted: your extra lists become read-only until you renew, and everything else stays as it is.
